Z.A. Fruit utilizes advanced technologies for fruit processing on its production lines, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for processing frozen fruit. The company features 2 continuous and 6 static tunnels for instant fruit freezing, along with 11 refrigerated chambers for deep frozen fruit storage.
To achieve the highest quality, we use the latest machine for optical sorting (Sortex) of raspberries and other berries, as well as a processing line for stone fruit (sour cherries and plums), consisting of reception, washing, sorting, calibrating, and pitting fruit.
